    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a fine carbon fiber-containing resin composition exhibiting excellent properties such as electric conductivity or the like by uniformly dispersing a fine carbon fiber in a thermoplastic resin at a stable compounding ratio. SOLUTION: The method for kneading the fine carbon fiber with the thermoplastic resin in a kneading extruder comprises feeding the thermoplastic resin from a main feeding port of the extruder, feeding the fine carbon fiber from an auxiliary feeding port communicating with the midway of the path of the screw barrel of the extruder in a state that the thermoplastic resin has proceeded in the screw barrel of the extruder and is molten, and melt-kneading the fine carbon fiber with the thermoplastic resin, where the kneading extruder is set under the conditions that the cylinder temperature of the extruder is such that the melt flow index of the thermoplastic resin is 10-30; that the residence time of the fine-carbon fiber-containing resin composition in the extruder is 25-100 sec; and that the shear rate of a screw segment of the extruder on the fine carbon fiber-containing resin composition is 10,000-30,000/sec.
