    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary engine capable of always retaining an inside of a device at a fixed pressure by sucking atmospheric pressure air using natural energy air pressure as a power source, and continuing smooth travel with combination of air pressure and various external change over auxiliary inputs.
      SOLUTION: Cylinders 10A, 10B, 10C, 10D opposing in an up and down direction are slidably mounted on a piston decent pressure pad 6 rotatably inserted on an outer diameter center of a sheath pipe 2 as a rotary drive shaft. The cylinders opposing in the up and down direction are joined to the sheath pipe 2 slidably in a left and right direction via a sun gear mechanism which consists of a sun gear 26 and a planetary gear 28, and an eccentric wheel mechanism which consists of an eccentric wheel 20 and an eccentric wheel outer ring 21. The eccentric wheel 20 and the eccentric wheel outer wheel 21 are connected to and drive an air pressure fluid supply pump 8 to the cylinders 10A, 10B, 10C, 10D.
