The substrates cleaning device 10 is installed above a central part of the substrate supporting conveying device 20 and is provided with a cleaning belt 11 having an endless track, a driving guide pulley 12 and follower guide pulleys 13, 14, 15 for rotating the cleaning belt 11 while giving predetermined tension thereto and a driving motor 16 connected with the driving guide pulley 12.
