    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing soymilk, capable of being miniaturized owing to each process to be performed in one production boiler, and simplified in a structure owing to heating to be performed by a heating method of jetting steam into the production boiler, and to provide a method for producing soymilk, using the apparatus for producing soymilk. SOLUTION: This apparatus 1 for producing soymilk has a production boiler part 2 which produces soymilk, a pallet part 12 which develops the soymilk produced in the production boiler part 2, a steam generating part 6 which generates steam and supplies to the production boiler part 2, and a control part 8 which controls generation of steam. The production boiler part 2 has a main body 21 into which a raw material is charged, and a double jacket 23 covering the bottom and side parts of the main body 21. The main body 21 is inserted with a stirring machine 4 having a stirring pivot 41 and a stirring wing 42, a steam conduction pipe 51, and a heating part 5 having a steam jetting part 52.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solving method, from a new view point, of a problem where the service life of a battery mounted in a mobile PC or a PDA is extremely short, the investigation of various kinds of batteries for supplying power over a long time is still in its infancy, and the establishment of a technical concept therefor is required. SOLUTION: This hybrid battery is composed, as shown in figures, of: a negative electrode layer 2 formed of aluminum powder as a main constituent; a positive electrode layer 3 formed of carbon powder as a main constituent; and a separator 1 with an electrolyte impregnated therein. Since the hybrid battery can generate hydrogen along with power generation, an economical mobile hybrid battery for a mobile PC or a PDA having a small environmental load and capable of enduring long-time use can be realized by using it with a polymer electrolyte fuel cell.
