    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for preparing an ultra-fine particle of organic matter utilizing a supercritical fluid. SOLUTION: In the apparatus for preparing the ultra-fine particle of the organic matter in the RESS method constituted so as to connect a solvent (CO2 and an entrainer) supplying part (A), a dissolution of a solute performing part (B), and a particulate preparing and collecting part (C) in a series, the apparatus for preparing the ultra-fine particle of the organic matter is characterized by constituting the particulate preparing and collecting part (C) in such a manner that a particulate preparing nozzle (19) is attached to the upper face of a collecting solution (U), a collector (17) formed of extending a collecting mesh plate (17b) is also accommodated to the bottom face of the inside of the collecting solution (U), a temperature control mechanism is provided so as to optionally set and control a temperature condition to the whole of the nozzle (19) part and the collecting solution (U) part, and further a suction mechanism having stronger suction force than the jet force of the nozzle (19) is provided to the reverse nozzle side of the collecting mesh plate (17b).
