摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for recovering an optical disk resin substrate capable of recovering a high quality polycarbonate resin without reducing the properties of the polycarbonate resin. SOLUTION: In a cleaning vessel 1, a work 6 is fed into an alkali water solution 4 injected into the cleaning vessel to dissolve and peel a reflection film. The alkali water solution injected into the cleaning vessel is heated by steam generated by a boiler 7, and the alkali water solution 4 is stirred by a blower 17 with air.
