A pair of right and left rotary arms 11 are rotatably connected in the vicinity of the rear edge of the lower face of the solar cell panel 5 in parallel with the rear edge such that the unfixed end is slidable along a rail member 9. The rotary arms 11 is operated through manual operation or electrically driven motor operation of a wire 16 wound on idle turning pulley means 15 through a connection panel 12 having a finger component 13 such that the angle of the solar cell panel 5 is adjusted between an optimum maximum tilt angle and 0°.
