    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas insulation switching device in which voltage resistance is improved by making an electric field between an electrode of a switch such as a disconnector housed in a tank and the tank opposing the electrode closer to a uniform electric field from a non-uniform electric field.SOLUTION: Screw cutting is provided on a flat part on the inner surface of an opposing tank having the same shaft center as the shaft center of an electrode of a switch such as a disconnector housed in the tank, and screw cutting in the same size is also provided on a spherical resin. The spherical resin and the tank are connected with a stud formed of insulation material so that the spherical resin is fixed to the inner surface of the tank without a gap. Therefore the electric field between the electrode and the flat tank opposing the electrode is made closer to the uniform electric field from the non-uniform electric field, and the area of portion having electric field strength of 90% or more of the maximum electric field strength in which insulation breakdown may occur is reduced to improve voltage resistance.
