    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently crush a bulky mass included in combustion ash.SOLUTION: A crusher for combustion ash mass includes: a bearing member 1 including a function of receiving combustion ash D generated within a furnace of a combustion apparatus by its upper surface section 2; and a pressing means 10 that approaches or breaks away from the upper surface section 2 of the bearing member 1. The bearing member 1 includes a plurality of holes 5 penetrating between the upper surface section 2 and a lower surface section 3. The pressing means 10 includes a function of pressing the bulky mass E that has not passed through the holes 5 from among the combustion ash D received by the upper surface section 2 of the bearing member 1 toward the holes 5 for crushing to a size for passing through the holes 5. The pressing direction to the bulky mass in crushing is oriented toward an upper surface of the bearing member, so that gravity can be utilized in pressing operation by the pressing means. Thus, power required for pressing the bulky mass can be reduced for efficient crushing. Also, since a discharge restriction is provided by the bearing member 1, a compression effect to the bulky mass can be increased.

      SOLUTION: The bag 8 including a plurality of string members 20 in the vicinity of an opening 10 of the bag is accommodated in a restriction frame 6 restricting a shape of the bag. The packaging vessel W to be compressed is stuffed in the bag 8. The packaging vessel W in the bag 8 is pressurized and compressed, while the packaging vessel W is restricted by the restricting frame 6, by forwardly moving a plunger 52 movable from the opening 10 of the bag to the deeper side. With the pressurized state maintained by the plunger 52, the string members 20 are passed through a plurality of string-passing grooves 86 each formed on the pressurizing surface 52a of the packaging vessel W of the plunger 52 and having a groove opening 86a narrower than the groove deep part 86b. The pressurized and compressed packaging vessel W is fixed by the respective string members 20.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wastewater treatment system enabling a wastewater treatment of a high speed and high efficiency by space saving and at low costs.
      SOLUTION: Magnetic activated carbons to which a magnetism is applied adsorb dissolved organic matter in wastewater, a separation and recovery are carried out by a magnetic separation, and a reproduction and reuse are carried out by a biological treatment. In a continuous magnetic filter system, a rotating type filter belt comprising meshes of a magnetic wire is arranged at a prestage of a superconductive magnet to separate and recover the magnetic activated carbons caught by the magnetic wire at a removal part. A biological regenerative tank of the magnetic activated carbons is provided with a meandering rotating type magnetic belt meandering above and below more than once, and entering and leaving from a water surface of the tank. While the magnetic activated carbon is transported attaching to the magnetic belt, aerobic and anaerobic conditions are made, and the organic matter adsorbed by the magnetic activated carbon is decomposed by organisms attached to the activated carbon. Further, powdery activated carbon can also be used as magnetic activated carbon.
