    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burner which reduces NOx, and suppresses oscillating combustion during low combustion and low air ratio operation. SOLUTION: A stable ignition area forming means 22 is provided on a downstream side of a main air blast opening 15. In the stable ignition area forming means 22, a flow of combustion air blasted from each main air blast opening 15 is slowed more than a combustion speed, and a stable ignition area to be a stable ignition source for flame is formed. Since the stable ignition area to be a stable ignition source for flame is formed, the whole flame is stabilized, oscillating of an ignition point in the flame is reduced, and oscillating combustion is suppressed. Accordingly, since low combustion and low air ratio operation are carried out, an exhaust gas amount is reduced, heat efficiency is improved, and energy-saving is promoted. Exhaust gas recirculates through the circulating passage 17 to the vicinity of the burning spray nozzle 10A, so that the recirculation burning effect can be obtained and NOx can be efficeintly suppressed from generating.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burner capable of reducing NOx and suppressing the occurrence of oscillating combustion in low combustion and low air ratio operation. SOLUTION: A reignition means heated by a flame is provided downstream of each main air jet port 15. The reignition means 22 is brought into contact with the flame and heated to an ignition point of fuel or higher. Consequently, when a part of the flame misfires due to blowing away or the like, the reignition means 22 serves as an ignition source, and a mixture (fuel) is instantaneously ignited to stabilize the whole flame. When the whole flame is stabilized, pressure fluctuation in a combustion chamber is reduced to suppress combustion vibration. Low combustion and low air ratio operation can thereby be performed.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burner and a boiler capable of reducing NOx, CO and dust more effectively. SOLUTION: In the case of a burner 1 of an ω-flow type boiler, air nozzles 13A, 13B are provided with inclination parts 131A, 131B, and combustion air is jetted to be less on the near side to an exhaust port and to be more on the far side therefrom based on the center axis C1. Consequently, a flame is extended out of the center axis C1, to be hardly influenced by a suction force from the exhaust port side, and a part of the flame is prevented from approaching too close to a water pipe or the like near the exhaust port or being in contact therewith, to thereby suppress lowering of a flame temperature and to reduce furthermore generation of CO or dust. Since the flame does not approach the exhaust port side, mixing between high-speed secondary-side combustion air and unburned oil spray particles is accelerated, and simultaneously exhaust gas can be circulated excellently together with the combustion air, and evaporation of the unburned oil spray particles can be accelerated, to thereby realize furthermore reduction of NOx and furthermore reduction of CO and the dust.       SOLUTION: Air nozzles 13 (13A and 13B) are provided on an end face 12A of a combustion chamber B side of an outer casing member 12. A shaft line of the air nozzle 13A is slantingly arranged at a predetermined angle θ in relation to an axis of a combustion chamber B toward a tip side. When a total opening area of a main air jet opening 14 of the air nozzles 13 is S2, and a total opening area of small holes 11A of an inner tube member 11 is S1, it is set so that S1/(S1+S2)≤0.3. Combustion air from the air nozzle 13A circulates in a center side of the outer casing member 12, a two staged combustion effect and an exhaust gas recirculation combustion effect are provided, and NOx can be reduced. Since the air nozzle 13A is slanted toward a center side of the outer casing member 12, mixing and vaporization of spray droplets of unburned fuel from a fuel spray nozzle 10A are promoted, and CO and soot can be effectively reduced.

Since formation of flame in a fuel spray nozzle 10A outlet vicinity can be prevented by recirculated combustion exhaust gas, vaporization of fuel is promoted, and as a result, generation of NOx, CO, and soot can be positively suppressed.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burner for effectively suppressing the generation of NOx, CO and soot while securing good combustion quality without being affected by a boiler difference of boiler combustion form.
      SOLUTION: The burner 1 comprises a fuel spray nozzle 10, an inner cylinder member 11, an outer cylinder member 12, a plurality of air nozzles 13 extending from the end face of the outer cylinder member 12, main air jets 14 provided at the front ends of the air nozzles 13, and an annular member 20 installed on the fuel spray nozzle 10 at the side of a combustion chamber beyond the jets 14. The annular member 20 is provided in such a range that the outer peripheral edge of sprayed fuel specified by a spray angle does not run out of the inner peripheral face of the annular member. Thus, the form of flames and the flow of combustion exhaust gas are stabilized and so good combustion quality is secured and the generation of CO and soot is suppressed without being affected by the boiler having each different combustion form.
