    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric connector in which electric contact resistance does not change and which can perform an operation while more stable current and voltage are supplied.SOLUTION: The rotary electric connector includes an outer cylinder 2 having a circular inner circumference portion, a rotating shaft 1 held inside the outer cylinder via a bearing holding member 6 and a bearing 8, a plurality of conducting pipes which electrically connect the rotating shaft to the outer cylinder and a pipe holding member for holding the conducting pipes. The rotating shaft is held coaxially with a center shaft of the circular inner circumference portion by the bearing holding member and the bearing in a rotatable state. The conducting pipes, having a diameter larger than a circular gap formed by an outer circumference of the rotating shaft and the circular inner circumference portion, are compressed in the diameter direction and are arranged in the circular gap. The conducting pipes are regulated and held by the pipe holding member so that they do not interfere each other. The conducting pipes and the holding member are rolled and energized by rotation of the rotating shaft or the outer cylinder.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and an apparatus for obtaining a multi-layer biaxially stretched film having an LLDPE base with a smooth surface, by which MD and TDSR respectively can obtain a stable ductility to the stretching from 2.5 to 4.5, which is highly transparent, and has a good homogeneity with a high HSK and a high HSF.
      SOLUTION: A multi-layer structure is constituted of a plurality of kinds of polymer resins respectively having functionalities and ductility, and LLDPE with D0.92±0.01 and MI1.1±0.1 of which the polymerization method is the slurry method and the solution method. Also, to 100 parts of LLDPE, 60 parts of an ethylene based polymer 10 being polymerized with SSC which has a suitable branch for the AM component of LLDPE, of which MWD is narrow, and of which the straight chain property is high, with D0.90±0.01 and MI1.0±0.1 is mixed in use. Then, a die with a good weld mark correspondence is used for this manufacturing method and the apparatus.

A spiral groove 3a to be connected with the inflow port 31a opened from above is circumferentially formed on the outer surface of the mandrel 2, and a spiral groove 3b for the outer layer to be connected with the inflow port 32a from the side, is internally formed on the inner surface of the mandrel 2. Besides, both inner/outer resin layers become confluent at the apex part 5d of the cylindrical rotator 5 to make the two-layer laminated tube resin available.
