    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication structure for common use for RFID communication and human body communication, which enables highly accurate human body communication without forming large sizes of a data carrier and a data carrier readout device and without damaging an RFID communication range to the possible extent.SOLUTION: The communication structure for common use for a non-contact data carrier readout system and a human body communication system is provided. A transmission/reception antenna 1 for at least one of fixed communication terminals and mobile communication terminals in both systems and an electrode pair 2 are disposed in an overlapped state. Each electrode 2a, 2b constituting the electrode pair is composed of a plurality of metal pieces having a width substantially equal to the width of one side of the corresponding transmission/reception antenna 1. The entire gaps of the electrodes 2a, 2b are open through the metal pieces. The communication structure as a whole is formed so as to have a predetermined shape having an area capable of contacting to a palm.
