The impeller 4 supported inside a housing 1 is an open-type radial impeller with a plurality of slats 42 on one surface of a back plate 41, and communication grooves 51 for making a ventilation channel between slats 42 communicate in the peripheral direction are formed on a front plate 5 opposite to the open side edge part of each slat 42 with a gap in-between.
