摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding stool in which the dimension of depth in a folded posture can be reduced. SOLUTION: A support leg 19 on the front side of a seat member 1 is pivotally linked to arm members 6 provided on both the left and right sides of the seat member 1 for switching to a supported posture C and a stored posture D on the side of the arm members and in the stored posture D, the leg 19 becomes approximately coplanar with the front face of the seat member 1 or is recessed therein. On the other hand, a link mechanism is provided for switching the leg 19 into supported posture while being linked with switching of the seat member 1 into utility posture B and for switching the leg 19 into stored posture D while being linked with switching of the seat member 1 into folded posture A, and an posture holding means 25 is provided for the seat member 1 in the folded posture A.
