    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe-cum-container, easily moving a safety device to a position for covering an injection needle, and surely preventing wrong operation of the safety device in the injection operation.
      SOLUTION: The syringe-cum-container 1 includes the safety device 50 formed cylindrical and slidably mounted to the outer periphery of an outer cylinder 20, and adapted to cover the injection needle 37 when moved forward. The syringe-cum-container 1 is provided with a coil spring 70 for urging the safety device 50 from a first position toward a second position and a slide member 80 for releasing locking of a first holding means. When a plunger rod 90 is pushed in to perform the injection operation, the slide member 80 is disabled to slide, and at the completion of injection when the plunger rod 90 is completely pushed, the slide member 80 is enabled to slide.
