    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of recovering in high efficiency carbon dioxide included in combustion exhaust gas.SOLUTION: That a high performance static fluid mixer in which two or more helical blade bodies of right tweak or left tweak are disposed in the fluid passage is used with an internal filling object of an absorption tower and a stripping tower used for a process that removes carbon dioxide (shown as CO2 hereafter) included in a combustion exhaust gas, is especially effective for energy saving, the miniaturization of equipment, and the reduction of maintenance cost. This high performance filling object has excellent characteristics that there is self-purification, it is maintenance-free, and it can make low pressure loss and achieve miniaturization. Moreover, a CO2 absorption tower and a CO2 stripping tower are unified by the miniaturization of a column to be compact.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removing apparatus for dissimilar substances in a gas, enhanced in high performance, saved in energy consumption and installation space by increase of removing efficiency and a chemical reaction, dispensed with maintenance by preventing attachment and growth of solid matter, lowered in pressure loss and facilitated in operation control. SOLUTION: The removing apparatus is provided with: a cleaning column 23 with a built-in static mixer 1; a first supply means supplying first gas containing dissimilar substances from an upper part of the static mixer 1; a second supply means supplying second gas, disposed on the outer periphery of the first supply means; a third supply means 29 supplying liquid downward; a tank 26 disposed under the cleaning column; and a cleaning liquid circulating supply line 41 supplying the liquid to the third supply means 29 from the lower part of the cleaning column. The liquid and gas discharged from the lower part of the cleaning column are introduced into the liquid in the tank 26 and separated, and the separated liquid is supplied to the third supply means 29 through the cleaning liquid circulating supply line 41.
