    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening torque wrench capable of being manufactured to accurately give fastening torque of bolt-nut to a set torque value and form consumable products inexpensively and exactly in a set torque value.
      SOLUTION: This fastening torque wrench is constituted of a wrench main body, a socket 2 and a locking member 3. The socket 2 has a shaft hole 2b into which a shaft end part 1b of a rotary shaft of the wrench main body can be detachably fitted, a fitting hole 2a into which the bolt-nut to be fastened is fitted, and a communication hole 2c passed through at a right angle with the shaft hole 2b. A communication hole 1b is provided to pass through at a right angle with the shaft end part 1b of the rotary shaft of the wrench main body. A small cross-sectional area part 3a of a small diameter is provided on each of right and left sides of the locking member 3. After inserting the shaft end parts 1b into the shaft hole 2b of the socket 2, the locking member 3 is inserted into each of the communication holes 2c and 1e. When the rotary shaft is rotated and the fastening torque becomes the set torque value, the small sectional area parts 3a of the locking members 3 are broken, and the fastening is finished with the set torque value.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix two half cylinders without looseness in a short time, in an excavation casing of a division opening and closing type in which a cylindrical body is two-divided in the axial direction, the divided half cylinders are connected with each other by a hinge such that the cylindrical body can be opened and closed, free ends (not on the hinge side) of the half cylinders are detachably connected with each other by connection metal fittings.SOLUTION: A casing has pins 13 protruded from the outer surface of the free end side of each of half cylinders 11, each of the pins 13 having a flange 14 on its head. Each of connection metal fittings 2 has a first pin hole 21 and a second pin hole 24 through which the pins can pass respectively and which are opened at the same interval as that between the pins 13, and a notch is downward opened from the second pin hole 24 to form an opening part 25. The first pin hole 21 of the connection metal fitting 2 is hung on the right side pin 13 and the connection metal fitting 2 is turned with the right side pin 13 as an axis to pass the left side pin 13 through the opening part 25 to hang the second pin hole 24 on the left side pin 13 from above, thus connecting the half cylinders 11 with each other.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an excavating bit with an excavating head configured to be laid in a diameter extended state by rotating a part thereof from being laid in a situation such that, when excavating in a horizontal or oblique direction, it cannot perform the excavation because the rotating excavating head part is returned to a diameter unextended state by its own weight or the like.
      SOLUTION: The excavating bit 1 includes a movable excavating head 2, which is fitted into a storage space 1f formed in a part of an excavating head 1a at the top end thereof so as to be rotatable about 90° around a rotation center line 2a shifted from a central axial line 1n of the excavating bit 1. The movable excavating head includes a groove 2e provided on an outer circumferential surface thereof close to the rotation center line 2a so as to extend in the direction of the rotation center line 2a, and a spherical body 1j to be engaged with the groove in the diameter-extended state of the movable excavating head 2 is energized toward the groove by a ball spring 11. The excavating bit 1 further includes a cutout groove 1m to be engaged with the base end periphery of the movable excavating head 2.
