      SOLUTION: In the flowmeter, an insertion method using a case 35 is adopted for a coupling structure between a body 31 and attachments instead of a conventional screw-in method; a recessed part of an adaptor 32 is inserted and fixed to a projecting part of each of an inlet opening 41 and an outlet opening 42 of the body 31; the case 35 is slid from the back side of the body 31; an insertion hole 35b of the case is aligned and engaged with each of the adaptors 32; and the adaptor 32 is press-fitted to the body 31.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized energy saving type air/liquid mixer capable of efficiently mixing air and a liquid by a simple and compact machine constitution without requiring power, capable of enhancing the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the liquid and capable of also treating a liquid other than fresh water such as a slurry liquid, the natural water field, wastewater, etc.
      SOLUTION: Two stages of rotary flow forming parts 41A and 41B are provided, and air and the liquid are rotated in an annular air/liquid mixing chamber 45 constituting the front stage rotary flow forming part while the rotating air and liquid are further rotated a tapered flow channel 50 constituting the rear stage rotary flow forming part. Air and the liquid are mixed by the eddy current due to this two-stage rotation and the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the liquid is enhanced.

      SOLUTION: A cylindrical hermetically closed container 24 and a fluid introducing pipe 25 for introducing air and the liquid into the hermetically closed container 24 are provided and the leading end part of the fluid introducing pipe 25 is opened in the vicinity of the inner base of the hermetically closed container 24 as a fluid introducing port 28. By this constitution, air and the liquid introduced into the hermetically closed container 24 through the fluid introducing port 28 are fanwise dispersed right and left along the inner surface of the hermetically closed container 24 in a thin layer state to form a high speed vortex flow in the hermetically closed container 24. Air and the liquid are efficiently mixed by this high speed vortex flow and the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the liquid can be enhanced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently decompose dissolved ozone in ozone water.
      SOLUTION: A first decomposing column 30 and a second decomposing column 40 are installed in a case 2. The first decomposing column 30 comprises a flow pipe 31 in communication with a supply port 21, an adjustment plate 35 fixed in the flow pipe 31, a protection pipe 32 provided in the flow pipe 31 and made of a material transparent to ultraviolet rays, and a ultraviolet lamp 33 housed in the protection pipe 32 wherein the ozone water flowing through the flow pipe 31 collides with the adjustment plate 35 and induces retention to decompose the dissolved ozone in the ozone water by light energy emitted from the ultraviolet lamp 33. On the other hand, the second decomposing column 40 comprises a sub-tank 41 in communication with the flow pipe 31 and a drain port 22 wherein the chain reaction of an activated radical generated by ultraviolet decomposition and ozone is induced to provide so as to decompose a larger amount of the dissolved ozone in a liquid flowing out from the flow pipe 31.
