    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regeneration method of a vertical drain pipe capable of forming a resin layer having uniform thickness on an inner face of the whole pipe including a branch pipe easily in a short time without requiring much time and labor even when length of the vertical drain pipe arranged by passing through each slab in a plurality of stories is large and the horizontally layed branch pipe is connected with the vertical pipe. SOLUTION: This regenerating method for the vertical drain pipe 10 arranged by passing through concrete slabs 1, 2 constituting slab floor surfaces 1a, 2a in the plurality of stories comprises a cutting process A for cutting the vertical pipe 10 between the story for regenerating and its upper story at a predetermined position from the slab floor surface in this story and at a predetermined position from a slab ceiling face in the upper story to remove a connection part between them, a passing-through part regenerating process B for forming epoxy resin coat on inner faces of slab passing-through parts 11, 12 of the vertical pipe after polishing and washing the inner faces of the slab passing-through parts 11, 12 of the vertical pipe remaining on the slab floor surface in this story and/or the slab ceiling face in the upper story, and a connection part regenerating process C for adding and connecting a new pipe 13b to a part removed in the cutting process.
