    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact vacuum pump of a simple structure.
      SOLUTION: The vacuum pump device 21 is provided with a device main body 22, and a rotor is rotatably provided in a rotor chamber of the device main body 22. A vane is provided in a vane groove part of the rotor in such a manner that the same can move forward and backward. An oil receiver chamber forming body 56 is attached on the device main body 22 and a lubricating oil receiver chamber 55 is formed between the device main body 55 and the oil receiver chamber forming body 56. A first hole 61 supplying lubricating oil to a rotor chamber 31 from the lubricating oil receiver chamber 55 and a second hole 62 leading compressed air from the rotor chamber to the lubricating oil receiver chamber 55 and returning lubricating oil are formed in the device main body 22.

      SOLUTION: The valve device 21 includes a device main-body 26 provided inside with ducts 25, and a plurality of valve elements 61a-61d are provided part of the way in the ducts. In the device main-body 26, one operator 81 is provided rotatably, and movably between an active position and an inactive position.
