摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement and bulletin display which is easy to replace advertisement or bulletin by attaching or removing a transparent surface plate without turning over a display mat or a poster panel, also has resistance to water from above, and further, allows the damaged transparent plate to be replaced with a new one.
SOLUTION: The display includes a bottom plate 5 having first outer frames 1 with U-shaped or inverted L-shaped grooves formed parallel to the bottom plate in an outer frame fixed to ends of its two or three sides, and a transparent plate 3 having a second outer frame 2 with U-shaped or inverted L-shaped grooves formed parallel to the bottom plate in the outer frame fixed to the ends of the other two or one side. The transparent plate is inserted into the U-shaped grooves in the first outer frame. Grooves are formed on the bottom of the second outer frame in a concave or reversed-L shape in its cross section. One removable component is fixed in the grooves and the other one is fixed on the surface of the bottom plate facing the groove. Then, the advertisement or bulletin is inserted between the framed bottom plate and the transparent plate, and are integrated by fixing them from both sides.
