    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device for a bicycle having two transmission functions of a low-speed running means and a normal running means, increasing a torque when the low-speed running means is applied to facilitate a running at the time of starting the bicycle or running under against-wind.
      SOLUTION: A pedal shaft 7 is provided with a driving sprocket 8 in such a way that it can be freely rotated. The pedal shaft 7 is provided with a first driving gear 24 freely rotated and arranged to be rotated together with the driving sprocket 8, and a second driving gear 25 spaced apart by a specified distance against the first driving gear 24 and freely rotated. The pedal shaft 7 is provided with a clutch fitting 27 arranged between the driving sprocket 8 and the second driving gear 25 in such a way that it is rotated together with the pedal shaft and it can be moved in an axial direction. There are provided a first back-gear 43 always engaged with the second driving gear 25 and a second back-gear 44 arranged at the gear shaft of the first back-gear and always engaged with the first driving gear 24. The driving sprocket 8 is provided with a chain to make a rotational driving of the sprocket of the rear wheel.

      SOLUTION: A propulsion driving device 100 provided on a hull 1 has a first rotary shaft 101, a second rotary shaft 104, and a third rotary shaft 110. The first rotary shaft 101 and the second rotary shaft 104 are connected to each other via a chain 107 as a primary amplifying mechanism of the number of rotation, or the like, and the second rotary shaft 104 and the third rotary shaft 110 are connected to each other via a first speed change gear 112 and a second speed change gear 113 as secondary amplifying mechanisms of the number of rotation. A rotational direction changing device 200 is a clutch structure, which couples the rotation of the third rotary shaft 110 with the propulsion driving shaft coupled with a screw 5 selectively in the forward-reverse direction or the neutral state. A crank bar 108 and a stepping pedal 109 having the same structure as a driving mechanism of a bicycle are provided on the first rotary shaft 101 of the propulsion driving device 100.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot-operated air compressor which generates compressed air by reciprocating and operating a piston in a cylinder using a foot-operated lever.
      SOLUTION: The foot-operated air compressor is provided with an interlocked rack rod 123 between a first sub spur gear 112 interlocked with a first main spur gear 111 at a base end of a pair of swingable foot-operated levers 3 and a second main spur gear 121 coaxial with the first main spur gear 111 and has a diameter smaller than the diameter of the first main spur gear and a second sub spur gear 122 coaxial with the first sub spur gear 112 and a diameter smaller than the diameter of the first sub spur gear. A piston 132 installed on a rack shaft of the rack rod 123 is accommodated in a first compressed air generating cylinder 101. The foot-operated air compressor is provided with a flywheel 6 installed adjacent to the foot-operated levers 3 and rotating in synchronism with the foot-operated levers 3 and a crank disk 216 rotating in synchronism with the flywheel 6. The piston installed on the crank disk 216 through a piston rod 217 is accommodated in a second compressed air generating cylinder 201.
