    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diluted jet fuel emulsified by adding water.
      SOLUTION: The conventional jet fuels for aircraft, JET A-1 and JET B, and a jet fuel for military aircraft, JP4, 5 are emulsified by adding small cluster water, such as electrolytic active water. Such small cluster water is readily mixed with fuel to provide a stable emulsion fuel. Since a fuel combined with water molecule firstly evaporated at once in a combustion chamber of a jet engine, thereby molecules are diffused, resulting in enlarged area of fuel contacted with air and enhanced combustion efficiency. In this way, fuel diluted with water generates combustion energy almost equivalent to that generated by a neat fuel. The present invention provides great cost down of fuel and reduction in emission of, such as NOx, SOx, CO2 because of dilution with water.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accident vehicle specifying system and an accident vehicle specifying method, leaving an evidence about an accident vehicle in an accident site, and capable of specifying the accident vehicle by obtaining information about the accident vehicle or an owner thereof from the evidence.
      SOLUTION: An IC tag (an RFID tag) recording data such as body information of the vehicle is equipped to a part which is easy to break at the time of an accident on an automobile exterior portion such as a cover of a headlight 1 and a cover of a tail light 2. The IC tag is made to drop at the time of the accident. A reader capable of communicating with the IC tag by non-contacting is disposed in the accident site. The reader detects the IC tag and reads out the recorded data, thereby obtaining the body information of the vehicle and specifying the vehicle.
