    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve/impart various kinds of functionalities exemplified by the hydrophobicity of a fiber structure of at least one kind selected from a natural fiber and a regenerated fiber and also to newly impart functionality of shape stability so as to improve comfortability of wearing and so as to develop wide applications such as uses in living materials and industrial materials to afford the fiber structure comprising the natural fiber or the regenerated fiber agreeing the object. SOLUTION: The production method for hydrophobizing the fiber structure comprising at least one kind selected from the natural fiber and the regenerated fiber formed into a cone shape or a hank shape comprises a treating step for subjecting the fiber product selected from the natural fiber and the regenerated fiber formed into the cone shape or the hank shape to exhaustion dyeing in an aqueous solution of a dihalogenotriazine compound in a bath at 30-95°C, drying the resultant product, weaving or knitting the dried product, carrying out the impregnation/drying/curing and heat treatment at 140-190°C of the fiber structure with a chemical consisting essentially of a water-soluble perfluoro acrylate by padding.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology development of products imparted with various functionalities on fiber structures due to development and improvement of scientific technologies, that is, healthy and safe clothing in fiber industry, and fiber products for comfortable living environment and bacteria-suppression and MESA infectious disease prevention in the medical field, and to provide antiviral bacteriostatic processing methods for these fiber structures of commercialization and for durable fiber structures safe, excellent in adaptability to the environment and human body and applicable to the medical field. SOLUTION: There is provided an antiviral bacteriostatic processing method for durable fiber structures, including a processing step of impregnating or soaking a fiber structure with or in a mixture of hydrophilic substituent-containing 2-hydroxy-4,6-dichloro-1,3,5-triazine sodium salt, diaminobenzene sulfonic acid alkali salt and didecyldimethylammonium chloride, then preparing the solution in an alkali bath by using an acid binder and performing heat treatment of the fiber structure at 30-90°C.
