    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting frame member which emits light without a power supply and allows recognition of the position of an object.SOLUTION: A light emitting frame member 100 in an embodiment is a frame member attached to the outer periphery of a switch panel 1, for example. The light emitting frame member 100 comprises a frame body 10, a light emitting part 20 and a fixing part 30. The frame body 10 is the main body of the frame member and has a shape which surrounds the outer periphery of the switch panel 1. The frame body 10 can be made in various shapes depending on the shape of the outer periphery of the object to which it is attached. The light emitting part 20 is constituted by a material having a light storing property and can be provided on the upper surface side of the frame body 10. The fixing part 30 fixes the frame body 10 and the light emitting part 20 to the periphery of the switch panel 1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a wheel-and-axle unitcomposed of an axle and wheels by which a step to attach the wheels to the axle can be eliminated.
      SOLUTION: The wheel-and-axle unit is manufactured by forming a cavity 41a being a space for forming the wheel 21 by wheel molding dies 31a-33a, injecting a prescribed resin to the cavity 41a, and molding the wheel 21. The wheel 22 is molded in the same way. Then, a cavity 42 being a space for forming the axle 10 is formed by axle molding dies 34a, 34b, 35a, 35b, 36, 37, and the wheel molding dies 33a, 33b. The cavity 42 is formed to allow an axle body part 11 to penetrate the wheel hole 23 of the wheel 21 and the wheel hole 24 of the wheel 22.
