    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic capacitor excellent in electrical characteristics by using a nanofiber layer formed using an electrospinning method, and high in strength as well as excellent in productivity.SOLUTION: In an electrolytic capacitor 1 including an anode electrode 2, a cathode electrode 3, and a glass substrate 5, a separator 4 and a nanofiber layer 7 are laminated between the anode electrode 2 and the cathode electrode 3. The separator 4 is provided between the nanofiber layer 7 and the anode electrode 2. Thereby, in the electrolytic capacitor 1, the separator 4 and the nanofiber layer 7 can be laminated so that the nanofiber layer 7 and the anode electrode 2 are not brought into contact with each other.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fiber aggregate requiring fine pores, such as separators for battery and various filters, by an electrostatic spinning method, which has excellent productivity and easy maintainability. SOLUTION: The method for producing a microfiber aggregate comprises the electrostatic spinning by applying high electric potential to bubbles 4 continuously generated in a polymer solution 3 or a molten polymer liquid. The bubble 4 can be generated by passing compressed air 1 through a porous material 2 composed of one or more kinds of materials selected from plastics, ceramics and metallic materials or through a narrow tube.
