    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer clad heat insulating wall capable of securing ventilation also in a lateral direction in a ventilation layer formed on a front side of a heat insulating material.SOLUTION: In an outer clad heat insulating wall, lath net stoppers 1, each of which includes a spacer 2, a locking metal fitting 3, and a machine screw 4, are used. The locking metal fitting 3 is connected to the spacer 2 by the machine screw 4. An inner part 3a of the locking metal fitting 3 is arranged on the inner side of a lath net 54 while breaking a paper part of the lath net 54 from a mesh place of the lath net 54. An outside part 3b of the locking metal fitting 3 is positioned outside the lath net 54. That is, the locking metal fitting 3 is set so that the lath net 54 is sandwiched between the inner part 3a and the outside part 3b. Then, the machine screw 4 inserted in the spacer 2 is screwed into a column 51 and the inner part 3a and the outside part 3b of the locking metal fitting 3 approach each other to pressure-fixing the lath net 54.
