    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a main spindle drive device of a machining center, whose output can be made high using a compact drive mechanism, which can obtain the optimum torque/output characteristics over all rotation areas from a low speed rotation area to a high speed rotation area, and which can rotate a main spindle with high accuracy and low vibration.SOLUTION: The main spindle drive device of a machining center has: a first drive motor 2 which is arranged on an axis line of a main spindle 1, and directly drives the main spindle 1; a second drive motor 4 which is arranged in parallel with the axis line of the main spindle 1, and drives the main spindle 1 via a reduction gear mechanism 6; and a controller 10 which controls rotational speed of the first drive motor 2 and the second drive motor 4 to make output of the respective drive motors 2, 4 with different reduction ratio cooperate with each other, and simultaneously drives the first drive motor 2 and the second drive motor 4. The reduction gear mechanism 6 includes: a spindle gear 8 fixed to the main spindle 1; and a shift gear 7 which meshes with or disengages from the spindle gear 8 by a shift mechanism.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent form and its form-holding body capable of easily forming a projecting curve which is undistorted to the permanent form, suppressing an appearance of a recess in the permanent form and avoiding concrete from leaking between the permanent forms while preventing a deformation and degradation in strength of a footing caused by the above.
      SOLUTION: An insertion hole 14 for an arc guide part 15a is formed near an upper end part 11a of a sheet material 11, so that, after connecting the permanent form 10 to a rising form 12, a part of a form-shape retaining body 15 is inserted through the insertion hole 14 into an inner space of a permanent form 10 for retaining a shape of the sheet material 11 projecting in a convex shape from the inside of the sheet material 11. As a result, a recess in the permanent form 10 can be suppressed from appearing and a leakage of concrete between the adjacent permanent forms 10 can be prevented while a deformation and degradation in strength of a footing part can be avoided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast concrete board which can be constructed in a factory or at a construction site and can impart a camber to a slab though it is a concrete permanent form and ready-made, a concrete slab using this board and its construction method.
      SOLUTION: The permanent form 12 is made by fastening each precast concrete board 11 by wires 13, a reinforcement holder 15 is bound by horse bands 16 on the wires 13, and reinforcements 20 are arranged in the reinforcement holder 15. Thereafter, concrete is placed on the permanent form 12 to cure it. As a result, the concrete slab 10 can be made not only in a factory but also in a construction site. Further, the precast concrete board 11 can be ready-made and also a camber can be given to a concrete slab 10 althrough it has a concrete permanent form 12.
