    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for taking-out a workpiece, which device can securely and simply take out a predetermined number of workpieces and greatly improve working efficiency.
      SOLUTION: A small number of workpieces out of the workpieces retained in a hopper of the device 1 for taking-out a workpiece are received on a receiving surface of a first elevating plate and raised up, and the workpieces are transferred from the receiving surface of the elevating plate to the receiving surface of a fixed plate at the top dead center of the elevating operation. The workpieces are transferred from the receiving surface of the fixed plate to the receiving plate at the bottom dead center of the elevating operation, and again supplied from the receiving surface of a second elevating plate to a first chute 4 at the top dead center. The workpiece 2 is fallen at the top dead center of the first chute 4 and transferred to an upper end transfer surface 18 of a transfer base part 6 one by one, and transferred to a second chute 8 side on a circular arc shape transfer guide 7 by attracting with a magnet 24 of a turning arm 25. The predetermined number of workpieces are taken out by raising up a receiving cylinder 9 and falling them in the receiving cylinder 9 through an opening part 31.

      SOLUTION: The sliding conveyor comprises a number of fixed blades 2 arranged in an obliquely upward stepwise manner and a number of moving blades 3 arranged therebetween for moving up and down along the fixed blade 2. The upper face of at least uppermost moving blade 3 is inclined to one direction, and the works W are positioned on steps 6 provided thereon. Thus, the plurality of works W can be dropped on a final bucket 5 at a constant timing and pitch. It is desirable that at least one fixed or moving blade 2 or 3 at the lower step has an inclined face 8 inclined to both ends for right and left sorting operation.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small article work piece transport device capable of transporting small workpieces from a bottom of a frame to a chute body only by one power source such as a motor for elevating an elevating support stand.
      SOLUTION: This transport device 1 magnetizes and picks up small workpieces from the bottom of a frame 2 by an electromagnet 4 supported by an elevating support stand 3, and carries them up near the top end of the frame 2 by the elevating support stand 3. At the same time, by pushing a slide plate 11 of a rotary chute 13 with the elevating support stand 3, the rotary chute 13 is rotated downward, and connected with a chute body 17. Under this condition, energization of the electromagnet 4 is shut out, so as to drop the small workpieces magnetized to the electromagnet 4 on the rotary chute 13. The small workpieces are constituted to be dropped to the chute body 17 by the rotary chute 13.
