    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicon-containing inorganic composition having excellent antifreezing effect and cooling storage effect, and a snow melting/antiicing agent, a snow melting/antiicing member and a circulation liquid using the composition.
      SOLUTION: The silicon-containing inorganic composition is obtained by reacting, in water, (1) metal silicon, (2) at least one selected from the group consisting of fluorides, phosphorous acid, phosphites, nitrous acid, nitrites, carbonic acid, carbonates, 1-10C carboxylic acid, 1-10C carboxylates and inositol, and (3) an alkali metal hydroxide, and has a freezing point of 0 to -80°C. The snow melting/antiicing agent, the snow melting/antiicing member and the circulation liquid contain the silicon-containing inorganic composition.
