    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular prosthesis capable of attaining highly reliable engagement in the lattice of the tubular prosthesis in a blood vessel. SOLUTION: The tubular prosthesis 100 is radially deformable and comprises a lattice 112 that is deformable between a retracted state of small diameter and an expanded state of larger diameter. The prosthesis 100 comprises at least two outer hooks 118, 119 delimiting between them a clamp 116 for engaging in an outer tissue. The two hooks 118, 119 are carried by the lattice 112 and can be moved between a spaced-apart position in which the clamp 116 is open and a closer-together position in which the clamp 116 is closed. The prosthesis 100 comprises a guiding member 120 for moving at least one of the hooks 118, 119 during deformation of the prosthesis 100.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kit to be transplanted inside a blood circulation vessel which can be inserted in the body of a patient without the diameter of the frame increased in size and can be transplanted to fix a prosthetic valve accurately within the tubular frame previously transplanted.
      SOLUTION: The kit 11 comprises a tubular intracorporeal artificial organ 19 having an inner surface 57 determining the Y-Y' directional boundary of a flowing passage 58 and a prosthetic valve 17 to be transplant within the flowing passage 58, the prosthetic valve 17 comprising a supporting frame 25 having an outer surface 31 abutting the inner surface 57 and a flexible shutter 27 connected to the frame 25, wherein the intracorporeal artificial organ 19 comprises stoppers 63, 65 to anchor the supporting frame 25, the stoppers 63, 65 obstructing the outer surface 31 from moving axially along the inner surface 57 at least in the first direction. The stoppers 63, 65 are composed of at least a flexible binding part 69 which is positioned above the inner surface 57 to expand across the flowing passage 58 between two binding points 71 positioned at a certain angle of interval around the longitudinal axis Y-Y'.
