    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for continuously producing a polyoxyalkylene ether having a very low unsaturation, a functionality valence close to a nominal value, and a small polydispercity. SOLUTION: The method for continuously producing the polyoxyalkylene polyether comprises: (a) introducing an effective amount for catalytic action of polyoxyalkylation of at least one DMC catalyst into a continuous reactor; (b) introducing continuously at least one alkylene oxide into the reactor; (c) introducing continuously a further activated or non-activated DMC catalyst into the reactor; (d) introducing at least one continuously supplying starter into the reactor along the reactor path during the progress of the polyoxyalkylation so that the continuously supplying starter has an average molecular weight of 18-45,000 Da and a continuously supplying starter concentration is maintained during an average residence time of the reactor; and (e) taking out continuously a polyoxyalkylene polyether product having an equivalent weight of greater than 1,000 Da.
