SOLUTION: In the frying pan, a lower container 20 and an upper container 10 are connected with hinges 21 and hinge pins 11 that are formed in the rear part, with handle brackets (12, 22) installed in the front for the purpose of attaching handles. The lower container 20 is provided with the hinges 21 in two places in the rear side and with the handle bracket 22 at the front, with a packing stabilizer 24 formed at the upper edge of the lower container having a space 23 inside, wherein a packing 30 containing a metallic material 31 inside and having a protrusion 30a outside is attached to the packing stabilizer 24. The upper container 10 is provided with the hinge pins 11 which are formed on the rear side to engage with the hinges 21 of the lower container 20, and is provided at the front with the handle bracket 12 for the handle to be attached. The lower edge 14 of the upper container having a space 13 inside is configured to push the protrusion 30a on the packing 30 attached to the lower container 20, so that the frying pan is hermetically sealed.
