    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise sales method which excludes excessive price competition, makes a maker and a seller realize stable business and normalizes a sense of values of a consumer to merchandise. SOLUTION: In the merchandise sales method in which a store sells merchandise supplied by a maker to a consumer, the maker has a Web server 3 connected to a communication network and a database server 4 which is connected to the server 3 and stores a database. Additionally, the sales method is provided with: a step in which the store has a client terminal 7 accessible to the server 3 via the communication network, inputs order information to the server 3 through the store's terminal 7, and places an order for the merchandise to the maker in order to conduct consignment sale with a prescribed returnable period of time set for the merchandise; a step in which the server 3 resisters the order information from the store with the database of the server 4 to receive the order, and manages at least the merchandise from the reception of the order to the delivery of the merchandise to the store; and a step in which the store tentatively pays a sum for the merchandise, even if the sale is not for the purchase and sale, and inputs the reception of the payment and merchandise to the server 3 through the terminal 7.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation/echo canceller system capable of performing stable bi-directional communication in an environment with the noise of 80-100 dB.
      SOLUTION: The system includes: a microphone Mic 1 in a main body 5; and a speaker SP 1, so as to perform the bi-directional communication with an outer transceiver. The sound collecting hole 12 of the microphone Mic 1 is arranged to face a direction being the same as that of the sound radiating hole of the speaker SP1 by communication with sound collecting/radiating ways (13, 14, 15, 11) which are formed in the front part. A second sound collecting hole 17 is arranged at the opposite side of the sound collecting hole 12 by the same number and area. The system includes a second speaker SP 2 being similar to the speaker SP 1. The sound radiating hole 18 of the second speaker SP 2 faces the second sound collecting hole 17 and the sound radiating way 16 formed by communication with the sound collecting/radiating way (11) of the microphone Mic 1. When the output of the speaker SP 1 is defined as 100%, the speaker SP 2 simultaneously performs an output being about 10% of the output of the speaker SP 1.

      SOLUTION: The earphone microphone is characterized in that the main body of the earphone microphone is provided with the microphone 8 that picks up a voice signal delivered from an ear hole as air vibration via an opening of an insertion part and the speaker that loudspeaks a voice signal received from an external transmitter-receiver, the speaker is provided at a position opposed to the opening 2 of the insert part 3 while being directed to the opening, the microphone is placed in the middle of the speaker while being directed nearly the center of the opening at a position closer to the opening than the microphone and the microphone and the speaker are partitioned by a sound absorbing member 12 so that the mechanical vibration of the speaker is not directly exerted to the microphone.
