    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle parking device capable of being adapted to a front wheel diameter of a wide range while being provided with a lock function capable of collecting charge.
      SOLUTION: A hook type member of a lock part for locking a wheel provided on the bicycle parking device is constituted such that it is upwardly inclined and fixed at an angle of elevation predetermined from a horizontal direction. Thereby, even when a bicycle with the wheel of a large diameter is parked, since an angle formed by a spoke and the hook type member becomes small, the hook type member is hardly interfered to the spoke and it can be adapted to the wheel of a wide range from a large diameter to a small diameter. The hook type member can be fixed to the height of an axle of the wheel having the smallest diameter of the wheel diameter, i.e., an object to be parked. The angle of the elevation of the hook type member can be set to a smaller angle than an angle α formed relative to a horizontal direction by a connection tightening the axle and the hook type member when the wheel of the largest diameter of the wheel diameter, i.e., the object to be parked is parked.
