    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding device efficiently binding an annealing wire or a thick binding wire binding thick reinforcements for a foundation or a retaining wall.
      SOLUTION: The binding device of the reinforcements includes a body 4 provided with a handle 2 and a hanging part 3 which are formed into a substantially T-letter shape, and a holding member 5 attached to a lower end side of the body to hold a leg part of the binding wire fitted to an intersection of the reinforcements. The holding member is provided with a fixed holding member 5a and a movable holding member 5b. The fixed holding member is fitted to a lower end of the hanging part. The movable holding part is fitted to a lower end of an arm member 7 which is pivoted to the hanging part, and is arranged openable/closable relative to the fixed holding member by means of an operation member 10. Because of this simple structure, the binding device is lightweight, can be carried conveniently, and can be used efficiently and easily only by holding and twisting the leg part even when the thickness of the reinforcements and the thickness and length of the binding wire are changed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bundle a main reinforcement and a hoop reinforcement while mechanically arranging and maintaining the reinforcements so as to prevent the deflection and twisting of a reinforcements even if the main reinforcement and the hoop reinforcement are different in the number and interval depending on the size of the reinforced cages, in manufacturing a three division unit of the reinforced cage. SOLUTION: In the method and device of knitting the divided unit, a reinforcement support member 8 and a hoop reinforcement support member 9 provided to the body part are set while being expanded/contracted corresponding to the outer diameter of the reinforced cage, the plurality of hoop reinforcements 22 curbed matching with the curvature of the outer diameter of the reinforced cage are placed to the hoop reinforcement support member 9 at predetermined intervals, and the main reinforcement is placed to the reinforcement support member 8 in a direction crossing the hoop reinforcement 22, for bundling the crossing section between the main reinforcement and the hoop reinforcement 22 of the reinforced cage with bundle wires into integration, with a highly accurate reinforced cage knitted without deflection nor twisting. A reinforced cage of a large diameter can be accurately and efficiently knitted simply even by one worker, and even for a reinforced cage in different sizes, the reinforcement support member 8 and the hoop reinforcement support member 9 can only be set corresponding to the outer diameter of the reinforced cage ready to change the size of the members.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently bind a thick wire or a thick binding wire used when a thick reinforcement for foundation or retaining wall is used.
      SOLUTION: By using a binding device 1 in which a handle 2 for winding and fastening a binding wire is attached to the top of a rod 3 and a winding and fastening member 4 with a plurality of engagement holes 7, 8 through which the leg part 15b of the binding wire is inserted and engaged is attached to the bottom end of the rod 3, and which is formed in T-shape, the binding wire 15 is attached to the cross part of the reinforcement. The pair of leg parts 15b of the binding wire are inserted into the engagement holes 7, 8 of the winding and fastening member 4 and held, respectively. The pair of leg parts 15b of the binding wire are twisted by rotating the handle 2 to form a plurality of twisted parts, and the cross part of the reinforcement is tightened and bound by the binding wire 15. Even if the wire or the binding wire 15 used is so rigid as to have a thickness of exceeding 2.0 to 3.0 mm, the wire can easily and firmly bind the cross part of a main reinforcement 20 and an auxiliary reinforcement 21 in a proper state.
