    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more efficiently carry a recyclable pail pack for a welding wire. SOLUTION: This carrying device for a pail pack includes two or more connecting members of an upper end guide member and a ring section for hooking which are provided on both sides of upper sections of the connecting members. In this case, the connecting member surrounds the lower surface of the pail pack in which a welding wire is housed, and, is made of a flexible material so as to be wound in the vertical direction, and of which the mutually overlapped sections are combined by sewing. The upper end guide member is made of a flexible material in a manner to surround the upper section of the pail pack, and of which the overlapped sections with the connecting members are combined by sewing.     • A pail pack for welding wire which is easily recycled, and has improved strength at the same time is provided. A pail pack for welding wire comprises: a body(10) in which a welding wire(W) is housed; a bottom plate(20) which is formed on an inner lower portion of the body, and has a supporting part(21), wherein an edge of the supporting part is bent downward and connected to the body in such a manner that the edge of the supporting part is closely adhered onto an inner peripheral surface of the lower portion of the body; and a cover(50) for covering the top of the body. The body, the bottom plate and the cover are made from a paper material. The supporting part and a lower end of the body are circumferentially connected to each other by a sewn string(18) or a plurality of clamped stapler pins. The pail pack for welding wire further comprises: a strength reinforcement plate(27) formed on an upper surface of the bottom plate correspondingly to a cross-sectional shape of an inner part of the body; an inner rim member(23) closely inserted onto an inner peripheral surface of the supporting part; and a close adhesion part(51) formed by bending the edge of the cover upward such that the close adhesion part is closely inserted onto an inner peripheral surface of an upper end of the body.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-plated wire for gas shielded arc welding by which the powder clogging inside a welding cable and a contact chip is prevented even when welding time is long, so that arc is stabilized, an volume of sputters generated is lessened and wire feedability is stabilized.
      SOLUTION: The non-plated wire for gas shielded arc welding has a flat processing surface and concave portions, which are concave in the negative direction from the processing surface as reference (in the direction to the center of the wire), in the circumferential direction on the surface of the wire, wherein the ratio (dr/di) of actual circular ark length (dr) to apparent circular ark length (di) is in the range of 1.015-1.515. In the non-plated wire, the value of {Cu/(Si+Mn+P+S)}×100, which is the combination ratio of chemical components of the wire, is in the range of 0.10-0.80.
