    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fit-in container for which a cover can be fitted tightly by a simple operation with tightness in sealing-up being excellently ensured and the cover cannot be removed even by a shock. SOLUTION: A protuberance 25 is provided at the inside of a skirt part 24 hanging down from the outer circumference of a flange 23 of a cover 20, and an introduction groove 15a, a guide groove 15b and a holding recess 15c for the protuberance 25 are provided at the outside of a skirt part 14 hanging down from the outer circumference of a flange 13 of a container body 10. One end of the guide groove 15b extending in the circumferential direction of the skirt part 14 is connected to the introduction groove 15a while the other end is connected to the holding recess 15c, and while the protuberance 25 of the cover 20 is being fitted into the introduction groove 15a the skirt part 24 is fitted to the skirt part 14 of the container body 10, and with the cover 20 being turned, the protuberance 25 is fitted, running along the guide groove 15b, into the holding recess 15c.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container having an excellent water leakage-preventing function and an excellent fitting force and improve the impact resistance of the container by forming the cross-sectional shape of a projected stripe into a keyhole shape comprising a rim and a substantially circular swollen portion provided at a top end thereof, providing a connection between the rim and the swollen portion in the form of a waist portion, and forming a recessed stripe provided on a lid into a shape substantially similar to that of the projected stripe. SOLUTION: A projected stripe 35 of a container main body 30 is formed into a so-called keyhole shape having a swollen portion 35b whose cross section is substantially circular and which is provided at a top end of a rim 35a provided at a substantially right angle with a flange 34. A waist portion 35c is formed at a connection of the swollen portion with the rim 35a. A recessed stripe 45 of a lid 40 has a size and a shape capable of being received by the projected stripe 35 in a pressure contact state without leaving any gap. Particularly, a swollen portion 45b of the recessed stripe 45 is so formed that it can be brought into close contact with an outer face of the swollen portion 35b of the projected stripe 35. Accordingly, when the projected stripe 35 is engaged with the recessed stripe 45, the swollen portions 35b and 45b are brought into spherical contact with each other, and no gap is formed by an uneven pressure contact face. Further, the engagement between the swollen portions 35b and 45b are securely kept by the locking between the waist portion 35c and a waist portion 45c of the recessed stripe 45.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily produce serrated part by a method wherein projecting strips are provided at the skirt part of a cover material and, after that, cut off longitudinally with a downward cut-off blade. CONSTITUTION:Cover material 10 is produced by forming stretched synthetic film or sheet. The core material 10 has a top wall 11 and a skirt part 12, which hangs down from the peripheral edge of the top wall 11 and on which a large number of longitudinal projecting strips 13 are provided. Next, a plurality of the cover materials are nested one another on the upper part of a pedestal A so as to longitudinally cut off the midway part of the skirt part 12 with a tubular cutter B. Concretely, the diameter C of the cut-off blade of the cutter B is made to exactly correspond to the diameter of the midway part of the skirt part 12 and the resultant cutter B is lowered toward the pedestal A. The projecting strip 13 is obliquely cut off and each projecting strip 13 has a chevron-like cut-off surface. The resultant cover material has the skirt part 12, on which serrated part corresponding to the crest parts and through parts of the projecting strips 13 are produced when it is seen as a whole.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a container with a fittable cover excellent in liquid-tightness and shock-resistance, by providing a hook-shaped projection forming a nearly circular swelling part at the front end of the outer periphery of the opening of a container body and providing a recession having the same shape with the projection at the outer periphery of the cover and fitting the projection to the recession so as to arrange the swelling parts to spherically contact. SOLUTION: A flange 34 is formed at the outer periphery of the opening of the upper end of the side wall and a projection 35 is formed in the flange 34, in the container body 30. And a recession 45 is provided in the flange 34 formed at the outer periphery of the side wall, in the cover 40. This projection 35 is pressed in the recession 45 and tightly fitted therein. The projection 35 is formed to have a key hole-shape provided with a swelling part 35b at the front end of the rim 35a formed at nearly right angles against the flange 34 and the recession 45 is formed to have a shape and a size to contain the projection 35 and contact it with a pressure. When these projection and recession are fitted to each other, the swelling parts 35b, 45b get in a sperical contact with each other to firmly hold the fitted part of the swelling parts 35b, 45b by means of fitting of the constricted parts 35c, 45c.

SOLUTION: An aluminum foil molded container 10 which houses frozen foods and can be used as a pan in that state comprises a bottom wall 11 and a peripheral wall 12. An outer periphery of a flange 13 to be arranged on a peripheral edge of an upper end opening of the peripheral wall 12 forms a hem winding shape 14. On the bottom wall 11, a ring-like rib 11a is formed into a concentric circular shape. In this case, a total area in the case that the height of the rib 11a exceeds 1mm and a width W of a bottom section is made to be a reference is set to 30% or higher to the area of the bottom wall 11. Thus, the tension state of the bottom wall 11 is maintained, deformation of the bottom wall 11 due to impact or air expansion is prevented, and gripping property for contents is heightened. In addition, a rib 12a in the vertical direction is formed over the whole length in the height direction and the whole periphery on the peripheral wall 12 as well.

    • PURPOSE: To make a cap easily opened in either case of being provided with a tab or without a tab by a method wherein a skirt dangling from the peripheral edge of a top wall is provided at the cap, and a deteriorated part made by applying an organic solvent thereto is provided at a part on the peripheral edge of the skirt. CONSTITUTION: A shrink cap 1 is composed of a top wall 2 and a skirt 3 dangling from the peripheral edge of the top wall, and a tab 4 is provided at an appropriate position on the peripheral edge 3a of the skirt 3. An organic solvent such as toluene, xylene or propyl acetate is applied to positions on both sides of a base part 5 of the tab 4, and the surfaces of those positions are eroded therewith and the organic solvent is dried and evaporated as erosion progresses to an appropriate degree, and a deteriorated part 6 is formed therewith. Thereby, the deteriorated part 6 can be easily parted only by being pulled up, and a starting point for tearing-up can be formed certainly. Therefore, incapableness of opening owing to breakage on the tab 4 or its vicinity, or inconvenience caused by mixing of fragments with contents can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To improve production efficiency by setting a supply means of top- covers and handles, and a winding and seaming device and also setting a pair of carrying bars and an opening and closing mechanism of the bars. CONSTITUTION:Packaging and forming lines 21 and 22 are installed in parallel to each other and carrying bars 23, 24 and 25, 26 are set on the lines, respectively. A top cover supply means 29, the 1st-4th winding and seaming devices 30-33, and handle supplying means 34 and 35 are set along the bars 23-26. When a carrying block provided with the bars 23 and 24 being rotatable through a pin repeats up-and-down motions by a hydraulic cylinder, the bars 23 and 24 reciprocate between a state where the bars support a metal foil can 10 and a state where the bars separate the can 10. Then, the bars 23 and 24 are driven in the longitudinal direction through a cylinder. In this method, the cans 10 are carried and windingly seamed sequentially. The production efficiency of the packaging and forming machine is remarkably improved because of process automatization.
