    • PURPOSE:To obtain a chucking method making it possible to execute chucking of a test piece of a round bar material to a chuck part reliably and firmly without machining for chucking. CONSTITUTION:A chuck part 1 is provided with a heating part 3 which can heat the whole of the chuck part to a prescribed temperature and with a hole 2 for chucking bored to be of a diameter being smaller a little than the one of a test piece 4. At the time of chucking of the test piece 4, the diameter of the hole 2 for chucking is enlarged by thermal expansion by heting the chuck part 1 by the heating part 3 and the test piece is fitted in this hole 2 of the enlarged diameter. Thereafter heating by the heating part 3 is stopped, the chuck part 1 is cooled and the diameter of the hole 2 is restored to the original one. Thereby slippage is prevented by a so-called shrinkage fit effect without machining for chucking, and thereby the test piece can be fixed surely in the hole for chucking.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the insertion of a joint flange into a mounting jig by supporting the attachment surface of the joint flange horizontally, attaching to a flange attachment portion by inserting a dowel pin into a reference hole, and moving the flange, while holding it up-right, to an attachment position. CONSTITUTION:One of piled joint flange 2 with its attachment surface horizontal is supported in horizontal attitude as it is with supporting claws 4d of an overhead crane as transfer means, and sent into an attachment portion 6 by the crane operation to be attached with its attachment surface 11a held horizontally. Here, the attachment flange 2 is centered by inserting two dowel pins passing through reference holes in the attachment surface 11a specified according to the size of the flange and secured to the attachment surface 11a by a clamping mechanism 14. Then an attachment plate 11 is erected upright, the attachment surface of the joint flange 2 is moved to the position facing the attachment surface of a main member, and the attachment work is made by utilizing an attachment device 1.

    • PURPOSE:To rupture simultaneously and automatically the multi-point by holding the linking condition with a pair of rupture claws as an expanding condition by the spacer provided to the piston shaft of the hydraulic cylinder, shrinking instantaneously the piston shaft and detaching the rupture claw. CONSTITUTION:The arm of a sampling steel tower and the loading device are linked with a linking cylinder 12 which has a linking member 11 to have a pair of rupture claws 10 and accommodating part to be able to accommodate the pair of the rupture claws 10 at the front part and fits a hydraulic cylinder 13 at the rear part. The rupture claws 10 are attached, freely oscillatably to the linking member 11 so that the tip pat can take the expanding condition and the shrinking condition, the accommodating pat 12A of the linking cylinder 12 is constituted so that the rupture claws 10 can be detached in the shrinking condition and detained in the expanding condition. By a spacer 14 provided at a piston shaft 13A of the hydraulic cylinder 13, from the condition to link and hold the tip part of the rupture claws 10 in the expanding condition, the piston shaft 13A is shrinked instantaneously, and then, the rupture claws 10 can be instantaneously detached.

    • PURPOSE:To put a driving device compactly in the inside of a sliding door which is less in thickness, and to make the sliding door slide safely and smoothly by a method wherein driving wheels are driven by operation of an oil- hydraulic motor that is actuated by an air motor. CONSTITUTION:As an air valve 16 is opened, compressed air stored in an air tank 10 is sent to an air cylinder 5, and a driving wheel 3 is pushed down, resisting the drawing force of a coil spring, and is brought into contact with a rail 13 and thereby the wheel becomes capable of travelling. At the same time, an air motor 9 is actuated by the compressed air, making an oil-hydraulic pump 7 start, and thereby pressure oil is sent from an oil tank 8 to an oil- hydraulic motor 4. Then, the oil-hydraulic motor 4works and transmits power to the driving wheel 3, making a sliding door 1 slide over the rail 13. Direction of sliding of the sliding door 1 can be changed optionally either to forward motion or rearward motion by operation of a selector lever 18.
