    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeve fixing tool for precasting concrete which can fix a sleeve simply and does not hurt a form. SOLUTION: A tool comprises a sleeve support member 2 and a fixing member. The fixing member has a small diameter part 5 on the tip side and a large diameter part 6 on the base end side and comprises a different-diameter cylindrical body having a sep part 7, and at least its tip part comprises a magnet. The member 2 has a board-shaped main body part 9b of a non-magnetic or feebly magnetic material, and the periphery of the main body part 9b has an outside diameter approximately equal to the inside diameter of a sleeve on the end face which contacts a form 4 at installation or in the neighbourhood of the end face and an outside diameter which decreases toward the end face opposite to the end face which contacts the form 4, and the board surface of the main body 9b has an opening part 10 engaging with the fixing member 3. The opening part 10 has an inside diameter through which the tip part of the fixing member 3 passes to contact the form 4 and a shoulder part which engages with the step part 7 of the fixing member 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire cover that is easily attachable/detachable by one-step operation with improved appearance. SOLUTION: A cover body 3 having a generally cylindrical shape with a bottom is vacuum molded using a relatively hard decorative synthesized plastic sheet treated by painting or printing. The cover body 3 blocks and is integrally provided with an end board portion 5 having disclike shape at one edge of the end in the axial direction of the generally cylindrical shaped peripheral surface portion that fits by inserting a tire almost coaxially. A mounting portion with the size of the diameter is installed at an edge of an opening of the cover body 3, and one end edge of three strip-shaped latching tips made of relatively soft synthesized resin is sutured in a slice form with the other end being a free end. Between the latching tips, fixing means 21 having an operating portion 26 that detachably fits the fixed tip portion 25 with one rotatable end. The tire is held by elastically deforming one end of fixed tip portion 25 by expanding it outwardly and latching it to the other side of the tire, and further by inserting the tire within the cover body 3. The fixed tip portion 25 is rotated to fix the tire by pressing the fitting tip to the other side surface of the tire, and further to install and fix the tire by sandwiching the tire by engaging the operating portion 26. Easy installation with one operation is allowed even in the integrated structure with shape keeping characteristics.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a way to add a mixed powdery cement under the powdery state to a mixer at the kneading of a highly fluid concrete by a method wherein an inorganic powder, a high-efficiency water reducing agent and a thickener are mixed under the powdered state to cement powder at a desired mixing ratio in advance. SOLUTION: Into a normal portland cement powder serving as a main body, an inorganic powder selected from a group consisting of stone dust, a blast furnace slag powder and fly ash, a high-efficiency water reducing agent powder and a thickener powder are mixed at desired ratios. In order to mix, first of all, the powdered high-range water reducing agent, thickener and inorganic powder are mixed with one another at a desired mixing ratio. Next, by mixing the resultant mixed powder with cement powder, the dispersion of an admixture in the cement powder becomes favorable. In this cement for manufacturing highly fluid concrete, troublesome operations such as the meterings of various admixtures and chemical admixtures at the manufacturing of highly fluid concrete in a ready-mixed concrete factory can be omitted and, at the same time, high quality highly fluid concrete can be manufactured.

SOLUTION: A rail body 44 of a C shape end view to hold a runner sliding free is applied whole along the back of a concave guide 39 of a rectangle C shape end view. Inside the guide 39 is put biting a cylinder bottom like washer 34 with a hole 48 in the bottom center to put through a screw 46. On the edge of the washer 34 face reverse to place the guide 39 is processed a notch to catch the rim 40. A stopper 35 is formed to approximately a L shape by a thin sheet like tongue 61 to catch the guide 39 and a thick end 62 processed on its edge to prevent a runner 56 from coming off when put at the end of the rail 44. Putting the washer 34 to catch the guide 39 of the rail body 44 from its end 38 and placing within, it's screwed up to a face 33 by one motion.
