    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for door checker, which is capable of making the assembly of the holder easier with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: This holder 1 for the door checker equipped with a cylindrical body 3 and a supporting member 5 capable of supporting the cylindrical body 3 in a manner freely rotating the body 3 which hold the door in an open state by linking a cylindrical body 3 to a linking portion provided to a lever; the supporting body 5 is equipped with a housing portion 13 which houses in a freely rotating manner in a state where a portion rolling on the lever at the cylindrical body 3 is exposed to the outside; the cylindrical body 3 is housed in a state where the center of rotation is positioned inside the housing portion 13; the housing portion 13 holds the cylindrical body 3 inside the housing portion 13 at the peripheral edge portion 13a of the opening; and the cylindrical body 3 is installed to the inside of the housing portion 13 when the peripheral edge portion 13a of the opening is flexible and deformed as the feature of this holder 1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat resistance and durability and to suppress lowering of a friction factor by a method wherein a part to scrape off a substance adhered to the surface of a mating member is arranged in front in the relative movement direction of a friction plate body from a friction member on the opposite surface thereof. SOLUTION: The resilient material 4 is fixed in front of an inorganic friction material 3 in a relative rotation direction between the two side surfaces 1A of a core plate 1. The inner peripheral surface of a resilient member 4 is adhered on the outer peripheral surface of the friction material 3, and a protrusion amount from the side surface 1A of the resilient material 4 is higher than a protrusion amount of the friction material 3. When a wet friction plate A is moved to the left, the resilient material 4 makes contact with a metallic plate 22, an adhering substance, such as oil, on a side surface 22A is scraped off. Thereafter, the resilient material 4 is brought into contact with the side surface 22A, torque is transmitted to the metallic plate 22 through frictional resistance, and a clutch drum 5 is rotated in a driven state. This constitution provides heat resistance and durability of the friction material 3, prevents the occurrence of deterioration due to a friction heat, suppresses lowering of the friction factor of the surface of the friction material 3, and maintains a stable torque transmission function for a long period.
