摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently dry a matter to be dried by a small-sized unit irrespective of the state of the matter to be =dried by increasing a flow rate of hot air to strongest substantially at directly under a rotary drum axial direction and decreasing it toward an axial side. CONSTITUTION:Hot air fed to a suction duct 22 is fed to a heating chamber of a hot air dryer 1. A matter 5 to be dried is charged from an inlet of an outlet chute in an agitating drum 6 of a rotary drum 3 to be rotated by a motor, etc., through an inlet feed. The hot air is so fed by air flow rate regulating means 25, 25 as to reduce a flow rate from directly under an axial direction of the drum 3 toward both axial sides and fed from air channels 24, 24 of the duct 22 through openings 24a, 24a and from a suction port 19 to the drum 3 in a cover 17. In this case, since the hot air is fed through a plurality of vent holes 2 opened at an outer periphery of the drum 3, the matter 5 to be dried is vertically movably fed and rotatably agitated and hence efficiently dried.

摘要： PURPOSE: To enhance a drying efficiency by longitudinally rotatably forming a shelf of a drying chamber, and inclining it at a suitable angle, thereby bringing a hot air into contact with a material to be dried. CONSTITUTION: A shelf 3 of the dryer is supported at centers of both sides by pins 7, and inclined to right or left at the pins 7 as centers. Further, the shelf 3 is coupled, in place, by a rod 8, and the rod 8 is vertically moved to be simultaneously altered at its inclining angles. Drying of a material to be dried is first executed by charging a predetermined amount of the material 12 to be dried in a tray 11 of a drying chamber 1A, setting it to the shelf 3, and coupling the chamber 1A to a hot air supplying unit 2. Then, the unit 2 is started, and drying air of suitable temperature is blown into the chamber 1A. At this time, the shelf 3 of the chamber 1A is, for example, inclined at the right side upward, and the drying air blown from the unit 2 into the chamber 1A is brought into direct contact with the material 12 and dried.

In order to treat the liquid to be treated, a specified quantity of the liquid to be treated is filled in the treating bath 1, and ozone is injected from the nozzle 4 while impressing a high voltage thereto. Then, a reaction of the ozone represented by the formula is promoted with a negatively charged water, hence, solute, emulsoid and suspended material in the liquid to be treated is very efficiently oxidized with a nascent oxygen in a very short period of time. Consequently, treatments such as sterilization, decoloring, deodorizing, bleaching and others can be efficiently carried out.
