    • PURPOSE:To contrive to realize a testing small-sized heat sterilizer capable of efficiently selecting a heat sterilizing condition applicable to a real production machine from a small amount of a specimen solution in a heat sterilizer wherein a specimen solution is heated while being passed through a very small gap, applying a specific constitution to a heating face. CONSTITUTION:The following constitution is used in a heat sterilizer having members 1 and 10 with a built-in heat source 9, a cover plate 4 opposingly set to the member 1 while placing a very small gap between the surface of a member wall 13 and the member 1 and the cover plate and an outlet 5 and an inlet 6 for specimen solution connected to the cover plate 4 at an given interval. Namely, the very small gap between the surface of the member wall 13 of the member 1 and an inner face 4a of the cover plate 4 is made as a flow channel 12 for the specimen solution and the member wall 13 opposing to the heat source 9 is formed into a change zone of heat transfer capacity changing plate thickness (e.g. three stages of x1, x2 and x3) along the direction of flow of the specimen in a stepwise or continuously.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous type heat treatment device capable of maintaining a heat treatment atmosphere inside a heat treatment chamber even using a non-sealed type heat treatment chamber and accommodating a request of miniaturization and a reduction in cost.SOLUTION: The heating treatment chamber 1 is divided into a lower side space 27 and an upper side space 28 by a partition part while communicating both to each other through a suction port 30. The lower side space 27 is a space for transporting a processing object while heating the processing object by a heating medium and the upper side space 28 is a heating space for sucking the heating medium of the lower side space 27 to re-heat the heating medium and sending then the heating medium to the lower side space 27. A heating medium jetting nozzle 17 is disposed in at least an inlet 2 and an outlet 3 of the lower side space 27 so that jetting ports 17a, 17a thereof face each other, and the re-heated medium that is expanded in volume by being re-heated in the upper side space 28 is jetted inward of the heating treatment chamber 1 together with the heating medium that is jetted from the jetting port 17a of the heating medium jetting nozzle 17.
