    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water and oil repellent fabric with SR (stain release) properties which can suppress the release of PFOA into environment (drain) when being produced and prevent PFOA from being generated therefrom and also has superior durability of oil repellency and SR properties.SOLUTION: The water and oil repellent fabric with SR properties is produced by adding a fluorine-based water and oil repellent agent free from perfluorooctanoic acid and an isocyanate-based crosslinking agent to a fiber fabric, and has a degree of water repellency of grade 2 or better, an oil repellency of grade 3 or better which is detected by AATCC Test Method 118-1997, and SR properties of grade 3 or better which is measured by a diamond paste method.
