摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a surface roughening phenomenon. due to plastic processing by using aluminum or an alloy thereof obtained by a direct casting method as aluminum or an alloy thereof. CONSTITUTION:A clad plate is obtained by using aluminum or an alloy thereof as a core material and using stainless steel as a skin material and laminating both materials by a hot press bonding method. As aluminum or an alloy thereof, an aluminum plate or aluminum alloy plate obtained by a direct casting method is used. The aluminum plate or aluminum alloy plate obtained by the direct casting method has a quenched and solidified cast structure and the crystallizing temp. thereof is higher than that of a general rolled plate. Therefore, this plate sufficiently withstands the rolling or heat load in cladding or the heat load in the heating and baking of a heat-resistant resin and generates no surface roughening phenomenon due to plastic processing.

Then a shaft length of a tube 3 made of fluorine resin is made far longer than that of the columnar article 2a within a random roughening treatment area and the tube 3 is put over the columnar article 2a by providing forced out parts C, C on both sides of the tube 3 from both end parts of the roughened treatment area. Then when heat treatment is performed at a temperature of the melting point of the fluorine resin or higher, the columnar article 2a and tube 3 are fused together firmly.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a columnar article coated with fluororesin tube having extremely high surface accuracy by coating the columnar article with a primer layer containing polyparabanaic acid resin with fluororesin tube after melting the latter. CONSTITUTION:A columnar article coated with fluororesin consists of a primer layer containing polyparabanic acid resin and fluorine resin tube used as a coat. The primer layer is formed by using a primer processing agent containing polyparabanic acid resin on the columnar article. The article is coated with a thermally contractive fluorine resin tube and the tube is fused to the article to obtain the columnar article coated with fluorine resin tube. The thermally contractive fluorine resin tube is manufactured by for example, heating the tube normally to the lower temperature than a melting temperature thereof and allowing the tube to swell in a diametral direction, and if necessary, in an axial direction under an internal pressure applied to the tube. The thermal contraction rate is not particularly defined, however, it should normally be such that the tube contracts by 25% or lower in an axial direction and by 0 to 25% in a diametral direction at 300 deg.C.

For example, a projection (1) is provided in the direction parallel to or at right angles with respect to the rolling direction, and when the original indication is given on the rolled plate by screen printing, the original indication is automatically performed at a constant position with respect to the rolling direction. Whereby, a rice boiler is made by forming coating with fluororesin, performing deep drawing work, and further giving an alumite treatment thereto.
