    • PURPOSE:To prevent a slacken phenomenon where both ends of a tube are molten, caused to flow into the inside and swollen, by a method wherein a rotary surface of a columnar article is divided into both end parts having a rotary cut-processed groove and the central part whose surface is roughening-treated randomly, a tube made of fluorine resin having a shaft length longer than the central part is put over the columnar article by overlapping both end parts of the tube on a part of both end parts of the columnar article having rotary cut-processed grooves and then they are fused and fixed. CONSTITUTION:When masks are put over both end parts A, A of a columnar article 2 and only the central part B is roughening-treated randomly, the columnar article 2a where a rotary cut-processed groove 1 is caused to disappear in a circumferential direction from the central part B, the central part B is roughened and the rotary cut-processed groove 1 is exposed by peeling the masks from both the end parts is obtained. Then a shaft length of a tube 3 made of fluorine resin is made far longer than that of the columnar article 2a within a random roughening treatment area and the tube 3 is put over the columnar article 2a by providing forced out parts C, C on both sides of the tube 3 from both end parts of the roughened treatment area. Then when heat treatment is performed at a temperature of the melting point of the fluorine resin or higher, the columnar article 2a and tube 3 are fused together firmly.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a gap between the metallic housing and ceramic membrane used at high temp. by their deformation due to the difference in thermal expansion coefficient by providing a metallic housing of bellows structure. CONSTITUTION:A fluid inlet 1 is provided to the right flange of a ceramic membrane module, a fluid outlet 2 is furnished at the left end of the housing main body, and a circulating fluid outlet 2' is provided to the left flange to complete a so-called cross-flow structure. In such a cross-flow structure, a fluid discharged from the circulating fluid outlet 2' is again circulated to the fluid inlet 1, the surface of the ceramic membrane 4 is cleaned by this circulation, and clogging is obviated. The metallic housing 3 is a cylinder made of a SUS material, and a flange is provided to both ends. Meanwhile, the ceramic membrane 4 is of a well-known multichannel structure.

CONSTITUTION:Fluorescent color paint is applied to a metal plate preliminarily subjected to surface roughening treatment so as to provide a desired mark, a character, a figure or a pattern and a clear resin coating layer is provided thereon by coating or by bonding a film. Or, a clear film composed of a heat- resistant resin provide with a display layer of a mark, a character, a figure or a pattern by the coating with fluorescent color paint is bonded to the metal plate. Or, a clear film composed of a heat-resistant resin is bonded to the metal plate and the fluorescent color paint is applied to the film to provide the display layer of the mark, the character, the figure or the pattern thereon. By these methods, decoration or display is applied to the surface of the metal plate.

    • PURPOSE:To make indications on a molding constant at all times by giving a predetermined original indication on a predetermined position on the surface determined in reference with the rolling direction of a metallic board, and forming a coat of fluororesin for being capable of recognizing the indication, and then performing a plastic work therefor so as to make a molding. CONSTITUTION:For example, for manufacturing the inner iron pot of a rice boiler, an original scale showing the position of water is given on the disc of an aluminum alloy, and when deep drawing work is effected, an inner iron pot having scales on the side wall can be obtained. The reproducing property of the scale is different by giving the scale in any of (a) - (d). For example, in the case of an aluminum - manganese alloy, it is preferred to give a scale in the direction of (a) or (d) parallel to or at right angles with the rolling direction, and in the direction of a aluminum - manganese - magnesium alloy, it is preferred to give a scale on (b) at 22.5 deg. wit respect to the rolling direction. For example, a projection (1) is provided in the direction parallel to or at right angles with respect to the rolling direction, and when the original indication is given on the rolled plate by screen printing, the original indication is automatically performed at a constant position with respect to the rolling direction. Whereby, a rice boiler is made by forming coating with fluororesin, performing deep drawing work, and further giving an alumite treatment thereto.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture, fitting and repair of a mold and complete them in a short term by a method wherein pipes, by which the controlling of heat are operated, are bendingly provided on the outside of a mold part and fixed to the mold part by flame-spraying flame spraying material so as to cover the peripheral edge of the pipes. CONSTITUTION:Pipes 3, 3' and 3'', which are bent along the outside surface of a mold portion 1 or 1'. Next, the pipes 3, 3' and 3'' are fixed to the mold portion 1 or 1' by flame-spraying flame spraying materials 6, 6' and 6'' so as to cover the peripheral edge of the respective pipes and to fill the gaps between the pipes and the mold portion with the flame spraying materials. Since the flame spraying is employed as mentioned above, a mold excellent in both productivity and heat controlling function is realized. Further, since pipe is used, heating medium circulating flow paths having complicated shape can be formed and, in addition, the positional change and repair of pipe can be easily done.
