      SOLUTION: This flushing tank apparatus 10 includes an air intake device 40. The air intake device 40 comprises an air intake chamber 41, a guide portion 42, a float member 43 and a valve chamber 44. The air intake chamber 40 is formed of a first lateral portion 41A, and a first top surface portion 41B in which an opening 41D is provided in a penetrating state; and a communication port 41C is provided. The guide portion 42 is formed in such a tubular shape that a first small hole 42A is provided in a penetrating state in a lateral lower portion, and erected below the opening 41D. The float member 43 is inserted through the opening 41D, inserted into the guide portion 42, and lowered to a set water level lower than a maximum water level of flushing water in an air intake chamber 41, or below. The valve chamber 44 is formed of a second lateral portion 44A, and a second top surface portion 44B in which an intake port 44C and a second small hole 44D are provided in a penetrating state. The intake port 44C is closed with the float member 43 when the float member 43 ascends.
