    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft touch sensor using a hole IC. SOLUTION: In a cantilever mechanism 15 of a parallel link by two sheets of plate springs 16, a fixing side connecting member 18 is passed through the center of a lower side plate spring 16 to be fixed to a supporting block 24 erected on a pedestal 22. In a free end side movable part 28, a rare earth magnet 25 is adhered by a connecting member 19 constituted to be light by bending an aluminum thin plate. By fixing an elastic part 20a of a hole IC supporting member 20 to the fixing side connecting member 18 and supporting a rigid part 20b with a rib 17a by an adjusting rod 36, a relative position of the hole IC 26 and the magnet 25 provided at the free end is finely adjusted. By fixing a cantilever elastic wire 38 to the hole IC supporting member 20, holding self-weight of the movable part 28 at the free end 38b and allowing the movable part 28 to abut on a lower surface 40a of a bush on an internal surface of a housing 12, the position of the movable part 28 is stabilized. An anvil 34 is operated by light load ≤0.5 gf, and fine displacement of ≤0.1 mm of the magnet 25 is sensed by the hole IC 26 to turn on a signal lamp 14. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
