    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin laminate having a photocatalytic function and excels in weatherability and durability. SOLUTION: The resin laminate 1 includes a photocatalytic function layer 10, a middle layer 20 and a resin base layer 30. The middle layer 20 is a layer wherein organic polymer type particles including an ultraviolet-absorbing group and having an average particle diameter of 1 to 200 nm are dispersed in a matrix having an Si-O bond. The middle layer 20 is, for example, formed of a coating composition including (1) an alkoxysilane compound, (2) the organic polymer type particles including the ultraviolet-absorbing group and having an average particle diameter of 1 to 200 nm, (3) a curing catalyst, (4) a solvent, (5) an aminosilane compound and (6) an epxoysilane compound.
