摘要： PURPOSE:To automatically remove node dissepiments on an inner peripheral face of a long bamboo divided along the longitudinal direction by cutting a central cutting part and an inner peripheral face cutting part in a state that they are pressed to the inner peripheral face of the long bamboo. The inner peripheral face sensor 32a which is pushed downward presses the inner peripheral face in the radial direction so as to detect the position of the inner peripheral face. At this time, the detected position is transferred as a position of an inner peripheral face sensor 32b which presses a thickness determining belt 31 in the radial direction. Accordingly, a position of a cutting face determinant 33a which corresponds to the position of the sensor 32b by interposing the thickness determining belt 31 indicates a position obtained by adding the thickness of the thickness determining belt 31 to a distance from a central axis O to the inner peripheral face of the long bamboo 3. It is transferred to a cutting face determinant 33b and an outer peripheral face cutting section 35a cuts the position transferred to the cutting face determinant 33b.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance the dispersing qualities of fibers by a method wherein fibers, which are prepared by fibrillating vegetable stock, are passed between a pair of rolls, which have a large number of teeth and rotate to the same direction. CONSTITUTION:A large number of teeth 5 are formed or a pair of rolls 1 and 2, which are engaged with each other and rotated to the same direction. Further, the peripheral speed of the rolls 1 is controlled to be faster than that of the roll 2. Accordingly, at the point, at which teeth 5 engage with each other, the teeth 5 are rotated to the directions opposite to each other, the fibers passing between both the rolls 1 and 2 are untwisted so as to remove entwinement in order to enhance the dispersion properties in other stock. In this case, by keeping the water content of vegetable fiber above 10%, the pulverization of the fiber is prevented from developing.
