Seasonings, etc., containing large amount of salt, sugar, etc., are preferably sterilized by sterile filtration, thermal sterilization, etc., and sealed in a state separated from the food raw materials. A sterilized food having high osmotic pressure can by prepared in hygienic state by mixing the seasonings, etc., to the food raw materials e.g. by breaking the small bags after the sterilization treatment. The period from the seasoning to the time of serving can be adjusted by this process.
